  • Instant Search: Search by full name, partial phone number, or internal ID.
  • Assistance History: View past shift check-ins, received inventory, and active intakes.
  • Family Ties: Linked household members and primary emergency contacts.

Accessing Profiles

Section titled “Accessing Profiles”
  1. Tap Constituents in the navigation bar.
  2. Type in the search query.
  3. Select the constituent card to launch the Constituent Detail View.
